Education: PhD Kinesiology, MSc Cardiac Rehabilitation, BScH Bio-Medical Sciences
Experience: I have lived, worked, and played in Canada, Europe, and Indigenous communities. This has allowed me to expand my worldview and gain an appreciation of living life that aligns with my authentic self. I have learned a lot about self-reflection and the vital nature of community to support wellness. This has taught me how to get clarity and take action to live happy and fulfilled.
