How this page handles your information
This notice covers the Sugarbush page at erinshellington.com/sugarbush. Sugarbush is being built by Erin Shellington Consulting Inc. (“we”), based in Toronto, Ontario. The Sugarbush product itself will have its own privacy policy and terms, reviewed by a Canadian lawyer, before any charity uses it with real data.
What we collect
This page has no sign-up form. If you email us about the beta, we receive whatever you choose to include in your email, such as your name, organization and role.
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across other websites.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, to arrange beta testing, and to understand what charities need so we build the right thing. We won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
If you don’t become a beta tester or customer, we delete your emails about Sugarbush within 24 months, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email[email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days.
